Vision

We are members of the family of Christ. Our Vision is to experience God through authentic Christ-centered fellowship and study of His Word, so as to grow in our desire to exalt God in heartfelt worship and to extend His offer of personal relationship to those who don't know Him. We believe in teaching and living God’s word according to His will and plan. Our vision is to spread the Gospel to lost souls, teaching all nations; baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

Mission Statement

The mission of Goodwill Missionary Baptist Church is to be an instrument of the power and love of Jesus Christ, to our congregation and our community in worship, prayer, teaching, studying, sharing, caring, forgiveness, and personal involvement.

Purpose

Goodwill is a "Purpose Driven" church. Our desire is to be a spiritual influence in our community and the world. We believe and are committed to the great commandment and the great commission which will provide growth for our church. (Matt. 28:19,29)

Goals

Meeting the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of persons in our region and world.
Continually providing resources for purposes of outreach, ministry, and fellowship.
Leading members in worship that glorifies God and nurtures believers.
Providing strong leadership resources for the ministries of the church.
Developing a high degree of positive visibility for Christ and His church within the communities of our region.
Providing facilities that are adequate for our ministries.
Developing faithful Christian stewardship among believers.
